Privacy Policy
BZ Group LLC (“Blazing Zebra,” “we,” “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site or request a free resource, how we use it, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us when you:
- Request a free resource: your email address. If you arrived through a partner’s referral link, we also record that partner’s referral code.
- Send us a message through the contact form: your name, email address and message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may also record standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
We keep these to a minimum:
- Referral cookie. If you arrive through a partner’s referral link, we store a cookie called
affiliate_reffor 60 days so the partner can be credited if you sign up. - Pop-up reminder. We store a small flag in your browser so our free-resource pop-up is shown to you only once.
We don’t currently use analytics or advertising cookies. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.
3. Third-party content
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and video thumbnails from YouTube. Those services receive your IP address when your browser requests these files. Their own privacy policies apply.
4. How we use your information
- To deliver the free resource you requested
- To send you occasional emails with AI tips, new videos and information about our programs
- To respond to your messages
- To credit referral partners for sign-ups they send us
- To keep the site running and improve it
5. Email communications
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our email list, such as our email platform (ActiveCampaign) and our hosting and form-processing providers, and with authorities where the law requires it. Our service providers may use your information only to provide their services to us.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you’re on our email list or as needed to respond to you, and as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. To make a request, reach us through our contact page. We’ll respond within 30 days.
9. Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
