These terms apply to the Blazing Zebra website and the free resources we offer through it, including the 3-folder project management system (the training video, templates and instructions). The site is operated by BZ Group LLC (“Blazing Zebra,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or requesting a free resource, you agree to these terms.
1. Free resources
Our free resources are provided at no cost for your personal use and for use in your own work or business. We may update, change or stop offering any resource at any time.
2. Our emails
When you request a free resource, you’re added to our email list. We’ll send you the resource and occasional emails with AI tips, new videos and information about our programs. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
3. Intellectual property
The content on this site and in our free resources, including videos, templates, frameworks and written material, belongs to BZ Group LLC and is protected by copyright. You’re welcome to use and adapt the templates for your own projects. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute or republish our resources or content
- Present our materials as your own
- Use our materials to create a competing product or service
4. Paid programs
Our Patreon membership, coaching and courses are separate offers with their own terms, which are presented when you join or purchase. These terms don’t cover them.
5. Third-party tools and links
Our resources discuss third-party AI tools, and the site links to services such as YouTube and Patreon. We don’t control those services, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.
6. Education, not guarantees
Our content is educational. Your results depend on your own effort, skills and circumstances, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome. See our Earnings Disclaimer for details.
7. No warranty
The site and our free resources are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that they will be error-free or always available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BZ Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or our free resources. Our total liability for any claim relating to them shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the resource in question, if any.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maine.
